Your professional contact information, provided during advisory consultation requests, is strictly used for the execution of the requested service and subsequent high-value research updates.

Clients retain full rights to access, rectify, or withdraw consent for data processing. All requests are managed via our dedicated data protection officer.

Identity Data: Includes full name and professional title for institutional account verification.
Contact Data: Professional email addresses and corporate telephone numbers (+65 prefixes specifically).
Technical Data: Logarithmic records of interactions within our Research and Tools portals, including access timestamps and session durations.
Storage and Security Architecture
All data is hosted on sovereign cloud infrastructure within Singapore. We implement AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access is restricted to authorized L. Rowe Access analysts via strictly audited multi-factor authentication protocols.
Infrastructure Note: Our Raffles Place facility maintains air-gapped backups for sensitive sectoral research datasets.
Retention Lifecycle
We retain personal data only for the duration required to satisfy the purposes for which it was collected, or as mandated by Singaporean financial reporting and legal requirements. Standard retention for inactive accounts is capped at seven (7) academic fiscal cycles.
